The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of leadership and 2+ years exposure to Agriculture/Commercial lending, with a proactive, member-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum 2+ years exposure to Agriculture and/or Commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Leverage technology to improve member servicing and reduce barriers.
• Lead direct reports to achieve individual development plans and team goals.
