Job summary

Conexus Venture Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Support Specialist to deliver administrative support to the agricultural and commercial lending teams. This full-time, temporary role (up to 18 months) offers locations across Conexus sites with preference for Regina, Moosomin, Assiniboia, Saskatoon and Humboldt.

You will manage loan administration tasks, coordinate with lawyers and insurers, and ensure alignment of opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for the credit union family.

Qualifications

• Understanding of business structures and entities.
• 1 to 2 years experience in commercial / agricultural lending or support.
• Experience working with financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan administration including document prep, lending law, security, margining and fund advances.
• Collaborate with team members, Conexus Business Solutions, lawyers and insurance firms to provide support and feedback.
• Maintain a balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable team player to come on board as a Senior Business Support Specialist. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity (up to 18 months). Preferred locations are Regina, Moosomin, Assiniboia, Saskatoon and Humboldt, however, this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

• Loan administration which includes, but is not limited to document preparation, understanding lending law and security, margining, completing annual reviews and advancing funds.
• Interacting with team members, Conexus Business Solutions, lawyers and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback.

Salary range

$62,110 to $77,640 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
