Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, service and portfolio management in farm & business banking.
• Experience in credit adjudication and financial analysis would be an asset.
• Strong business development and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a farm and business banking portfolio.
• Build relationships via proactive outreach and regular member contact.
• Conduct financial conversations to tailor solutions.
• Provide lending, deposits, investment, cash management and insurance options.
• Analyze statements, plans and credit apps to support lending.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk per policy.
• Collaborate with internal partners and refer to specialists.
• Seek opportunities to expand relationships and attract new business.
• Support branch targets for sales, growth, and member experience.
• Stay informed on agricultural trends and economic conditions.
