Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader for the Business Support Centre. The preferred location is Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, but the role is open to any Conexus location where space is available.

You will coach a team to analyze risk and deliver exceptional member experiences, while leveraging technology to remove barriers and improve banking efficiency. This role requires 2+ years of leadership and lending experience, and offers a 10% short-term incentive target on

• 2+ years of leadership experience in either a formal or informal role.
• 2+ years of exposure to Agriculture and/or Commercial lending.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

Salary Range

$78,175 - $97,714 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
