Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a motivated Team Leader, Business Support Centre to guide the team in delivering member-centric services. The preferred locations are Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, with flexibility to other Conexus sites.

You will drive coaching, risk analysis, and cross-department collaboration to enhance member experiences. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leadership and experience with Agriculture or Commercial lending, with a proactive, confident style and strong

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

• Coaching and empowering employees through thought provoking questions to analyze risk and provide exceptional experience to our peers and partners
• Leveraging available technology to reduce barriers to serving members, improving their banking experience
• Leading direct reports to successfully achieve individual learning plans and team goals
• Co-facilitation of meetings, process change and collaboration sessions with neighboring departments

The Experience You Bring

• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership skills in either a formal or informal role
• 2+ years of exposure to Agriculture and/or Commercial lending

Salary Range

$78,175 - $97,714 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
