Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a Team Leader, Business Support Centre to guide the Business Support team in delivering services to members, while adapting to new technologies and sharing expertise with projects and testing environments. The role supports decision-making and collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of leadership and 2+ years exposure to Agriculture/Commercial lending, with a proactive, member-centric mindset.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

The Experience You Bring

• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership skills in either a formal or informal role
• 2+ years of exposure to Agriculture and/or Commercial lending

Salary Range

$78,175 - $97,714 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
