Job summary

Karis Disability Services seeks a Team Leader to guide Direct Support Professionals in delivering daily supports at our Saskatchewan location, promoting growth and quality of life.

You will communicate with your supervisor, ensure service quality, and uphold our values. A valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; 2 years Developmental Services experience and a college diploma/Degree in related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years Developmental Services experience (preferred).
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract (preferred).

Responsibilities

Job description

The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance.

• Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract

Preferred:

• 2 years Developmental Services experience
• College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
