Job summary

JACK & JONES at Vaughan Mills, Vaughan, ON is seeking a Sales Team Leader to energize our store floor and drive customer success. You will lead a team, coach on sales techniques, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This role offers growth via internal promotions, a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.00, and the chance to impact store performance while promoting JACK & JONES products and promotions onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
• Make sure every customer leaves with a smile! Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

What it takes:

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
