Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Sales Team Leader for our Cookstown location. You will lead and motivate the sales team to deliver an energetic shopping experience, drive sales targets, and ensure customers leave with a smile. You will also manage stock, maintain store visuals, and stay informed about promotions.

We value leadership, initiative, and strong communication in English and French, with a focus on delivering excellent service and promoting in-store campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Compensation Offered: Starts at $20.00 per hour

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
