Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a store team at Ste-Catherine, Montreal, QC. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied while promoting our latest collections.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role emphasizes strong English and French communication, team leadership, and a passion for retail excellence in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills to create appealing displays.
• Proactive, initiative-driven with a positive energy.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Compensation Offered: Starts at $18.80 per hour
