Job summary

JACK & JONES in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a dynamic sales floor at Heartland Town Centre. You will lead a small team, drive sales targets, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

You bring 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong English and French communication, and a passion for fashion. The role offers a starting wage of $19 per hour plus incentive opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong English and French communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales on the floor.
• Proven customer service excellence and relationship building.
• Visual merchandising and floor stock maintenance as part of daily duties.

Compensation Offered: Starts at $19.00 per hour

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
