Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Sales Team Leader for Bayshore, Ottawa, ON. The role reports to Store Manager and offers a starting rate of $19.00 per hour with opportunities for performance-based pay.

You will lead a team, drive sales, maintain stock, and deliver outstanding customer service to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong leadership and proactive initiative.
• Excellent English–French communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail team to create a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer return visits.
• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure friendly checkout.
• Manage floor stock and keep the store visually appealing.
• Stay informed about products and store promotions.

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)

• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
