Job summary

JACK & JONES in Markham is seeking a Sales Team Leader to oversee a dynamic retail team at the Markville location. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Reporting to Store Manager, you will manage floor visuals, stock, and promotions while fostering a positive, energetic environment. Previous supervisory experience in fashion retail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong visual merchandising ability to make products appealing on the floor.
• Proactive, takes initiative and gets things done.
• Excellent teamwork and communication will make you stand out.
