Job description

We are looking for a team lead SAP & finance systems, Finance integrations business process to make a significant contribution to BRP's digital transformation and who will be provided with the opportunity to learn many varied processes of BRP. You will position yourself in a career plan that will make you a resource person in systems implementation, in majority with SAP S/4 HANA and you'll work closely with finance management and multiple implementation teams of SAP S/4 and its ecosystems.


YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the project cycle activities including design workshops, testing, data migration, training and cutover activities
  • Responsible for the overall process design for revenue, cost and inventory accounting, ensure efficiency and serves as business decision maker
  • Participates in the project planning activities and lead the two members of your team to the execution of activities per plan
  • Manage relationship with project stakeholders, informing them of progress/ issues to manage expectations for all requirements and deliverables.
  • Creates a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
  • Supports the Functional Analyst for appropriate planning measures to reassess and amend the SOW requirements, budget and timeline.
  • Responsible of performance input to project team members’ and support team growth
  • Supports resolution of high impact issues and participates in development of risk mitigation


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, or related field, CPA designation is preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience, experience in systems implementation is preferred
  • Comprehension of IFRS Accounting principles
  • Experience with SAP FICO
  • Experience with SAP SD, MM, LOG is an asset
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required, French and English
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Ability to learn and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work in teams, influence others and manage conflict
  • Ability to work based upon specific projects in parallel
