Team Lead SAP & Finance Systems, Finance Integrations Business Process

This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to BRP's digital transformation, gaining experience across various processes. You will focus on SAP S/4 HANA systems, working closely with finance management and implementation teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading project activities such as design workshops, testing, data migration, training, and cutover activities.
2. Overseeing process design for revenue, cost, and inventory accounting, ensuring efficiency and serving as a business decision maker.
3. Participating in project planning and leading a team of two members to execute activities as per plan.
4. Managing stakeholder relationships, updating them on progress and issues.
5. Creating a high-performance project environment.
6. Supporting functional analysts in planning, scope, budget, and timeline adjustments.
7. Contributing to team performance and growth.
8. Assisting in resolving high-impact issues and risk mitigation development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, or related; CPA preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, systems implementation experience preferred.
• Understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP FICO; knowledge of SAP SD, MM, LOG is a plus.
• Proven skills in requirements analysis, business acumen, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical, systems thinking, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
