GardaWorld in Geraldton, Ontario is seeking a Team Lead to supervise on-site security operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will lead guards across shifts, coordinate scheduling, ensure compliance with instructions, issue access cards, and prepare daily and incident reports.

This permanent role offers Monday–Friday work, GardaWorld Academy training, and opportunities for career advancement, with uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• First aid certification is required.
• Hold a valid security license is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of on-site security guards.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team.
• Ensure all guards follow and stay updated on instructions.
• Issue and manage access cards.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.
• All other related duties.
