Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Mobile Security Supervisor to lead frontline security guards, conduct site visits, and manage mobile patrols across Belleville and Peterborough sites. You will coach staff, respond to alarms and incidents, and serve as the primary after-hours contact for clients and security personnel.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced security environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid Standard or Emergency First Aid certification from a WSIB-approved provider.
• Minimum G2 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support frontline security guards.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance.
• Perform mobile patrols and site inspections.
• Investigate and document incidents, hazards, and customer concerns.
• Serve as the primary after-hours contact for clients and security personnel.
• Assist with staffing shortages, scheduling challenges, and emergency deployments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide operational updates.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately and professionally.

Ready to suit up as a Mobile Security Supervisor

Are you a motivated security professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and supporting others? As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will help maintain GardaWorld's service standards across multiple client sites by coaching, mentoring, and supporting frontline security guards. You will conduct site visits, respond to alarms and incidents, perform mobile patrols, and act as the primary after-hours contact for clients and security staff.

This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who can build strong relationships, promote accountability, and deliver excellent customer service.

Schedule: Rotating days and nights (0800-2000 / 2000-0800). This is a 24/7 position, including holidays.
