WCG Services in Kelowna is seeking a WorkBC Team Lead to oversee day-to-day centre operations, support staff, and ensure high-quality, accessible services for clients and communities. This fixed-term 6-month role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight, and delivering strong client outcomes.
