Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast staffing based on backlog and upcoming pursuits.
• Manage resource levels to meet workload and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain systems for revenue recognition related to equipment usage.
• Mentor staff and promote career development.
• Collaborate across disciplines to share resources and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Uphold safety and ethical standards in compliance with WSP’s policies.
• Develop business plans aligning with regional and global strategies.
• Lead initiatives to find innovative solutions for complex work situations.
• Conduct quarterly site visits and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with Radiation Safety Officers to ensure compliance with CNSC licensing.
• Translate technical and business needs into actionable plans and goals.
• Ensure health and safety policies are rigorously followed at all sites.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in materials or geotechnical testing and inspection.
• Experience in team leadership and project management.
• Knowledge of civil construction practices and testing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
