  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration within the team.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client matters and internal challenges.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for commercial service staff.
  • Partner with producers and senior leadership to ensure client expectations are exceeded and branch goals are met.

What You Bring

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 5+ years of progressive commercial insurance experience, with exposure to complex accounts and mid-market clients.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results and supporting change initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and industry software (e.g., Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio) is an asset.

Why Join HUB?

  • Room for advancement and growth within the organization.
  • Paid day off for your birthday – we want to celebrate you!
