WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Team Lead supports store operations, motivates the team, and reports to the Store Manager. They model excellent customer service and sales behaviors to ensure a positive shopping experience.

To succeed, you should have:

• At least 1 year of retail apparel experience, luxury retail is a plus;
• Proven leadership skills and peer respect;
• Experience with POS, banking procedures, and reporting;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• A passion for exceptional customer service;
• Self-motivation and collaboration skills;
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

You will:

• Foster a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty;
• Work with management to optimize store results;
• Contribute ideas to improve store operations;
• Participate in onboarding and training new staff;
• Coach on customer service and provide feedback;
• Handle customer service issues;
• Delegate tasks to maximize efficiency;
• Provide performance feedback;
• Ensure team breaks and communication;
• Adhere to policies and procedures;
• Perform opening/closing and inventory duties.
