Position Overview:

We seek a Production Team Leader to achieve shift and line objectives by empowering and engaging team members, developing their capabilities, and implementing NCE. The role ensures that production plans are met on time, in compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental standards, aiming for Manufacturing Excellence.


This is a night shift role requiring flexibility. As part of a 24/7 operation, other shifts may be necessary.

Typical Day:

  • Lead safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment. Enforce hygiene and safety procedures (e.g., PPE, shoe change, hand washing, LOTO).
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards and manufacturing instructions, utilizing digital platforms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of work areas, complying with NGMP.
  • Manage production through operational reviews (SHO, SOR, DOR) and SDCA routines for sustainable results.
  • Apply problem-solving tools and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop team competencies according to the development plan in collaboration with the Production Manager, including training, safety, and hygiene.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders such as shift teams, maintenance, unions, and other relevant parties.

Role Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a related role within the CPG industry preferred.
  • Engineering graduates are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, especially in addressing non-compliance positively.
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment through proper housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Effective staff management and deployment skills, with the ability to set challenging objectives.
