Job summary

Loewen Windows and Doors in Manitoba, Canada, is seeking a Team Coordinator for the Awning & Casement Runner area. This role involves active, communicative teamwork with department leadership, flexing across multiple jobs each shift, and ensuring materials are available for production.

• Act as a key person in the designated work area
• Ensure materials are available for use

• Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials
• Able to problem solve issues as they arise
• Spend 90% of the workday on the floor
• Flex between multiple jobs throughout the shift
