Job summary

The Window & Door Store is seeking motivated installers to join our growing team. You’ll help homeowners improve comfort, beauty, and energy efficiency by installing windows and doors and ensuring top-quality results.

Applicants should be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team. Training may be provided for the right candidate, with potential for advancement in a stable, year-round role serving Northwestern Ontario for over 34 years.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or window/door installation is an asset; training may be provided.
• Out-of-town work and travel may be required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors according to company standards
• Clean up worksites from debris and materials
• Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
• Handle, load, unload, and transport windows, doors, and installation materials
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Ensure installations are completed professionally and efficiently
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
• Assist with measuring, finishing, and final quality inspections
