Job summary

Loewen Windows and Doors in Steinbach, Manitoba, is seeking a Team Coordinator for the Awning & Casement Runner to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will work with department leadership, rotate between jobs, and keep operations on track with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

This full-time role runs Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. The successful candidate will be able to communicate in English, work independently, and motivate others while spending most of the day on the

Responsibilities

• Work with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
• Act as a key person in the designated work area
• Ensure materials are available for use
• Update stock-out report and run the system for visibility
• Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials
• Able to problem solve issues as they arise
• Spend 90% of the workday on the floor
• Flex between multiple jobs throughout the shift
