Production Artist/Graphic Designer
We?re looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Production Artist/Graphic Designer to join our digital e-commerce team. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for both creating original digital assets and preparing high volumes of production-ready files for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a passion for pixel-perfect execution, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital assets including homepage banners, email graphics, product pages, paid ads, social media visuals, and promotional content.
- Resize and adapt creative for multiple digital channels, device types, and screen resolutions.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all e-commerce visuals.
- Work within pre-established templates and design systems while contributing new ideas and optimizations.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, developers, and eCommerce teams to ensure creative aligns with messaging and technical specs.
- Manage versioning and localization of creative assets for different regions or campaigns.
- Organize and archive files in accordance with internal processes and asset management systems.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for performance (file size, load speed, responsiveness, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or production art for digital platforms, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign); Figma or Sketch a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, digital specs, and file preparation best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a sharp eye for alignment, color, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working in a retail or fashion e-commerce brand.
- Basic motion design (e.g., After Effects, GIF creation).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design.
