TALENT AGENT ASSISTANT – Influencer

The Opportunity: We seek a motivated, detail-oriented Agent Assistant – Influencer to support our top agent, Anthony Mannella. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from a leading professional in talent management. You will assist in managing client interactions, organizing talent assets, supporting outreach efforts, and contributing to talent recruitment and industry growth initiatives. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing and talent development.

Key responsibilities:

• Scout and onboard new talent, coordinate intro calls, and manage forms
• Maintain and update Pipedrive pipelines
• Organize schedules, meetings, and calendar management
• Support outreach to clients and brands, including calls and follow-ups
• Assist with sponsorships, contracts, and invoicing
• Prepare sales folders, contracts, and talent assets
• Coordinate with Accounting for payments
• Participate in business development meetings
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities
• Support brand-building and ensure client satisfaction

Your profile:

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in PR, marketing, business, or communications; internship experience is a plus
• Passionate about influencer marketing and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to assess talent quality and influence
• Interest in social media marketing, PR, collaborations, and sponsorships
• Excellent time management and work ethic
• Desire to build a career in talent management
• Enjoys flexible work arrangements, including unlimited vacation and minimal office attendance
