We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading full-cycle recruitment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating meaningful candidate experiences. You'll play a key role in identifying top talent and supporting workforce growth across diverse departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end hiring processes for a wide range of roles across departments—from job intake through offer stage.
- Write and Post Job Ads : Create engaging, inclusive job postings that accurately reflect job requirements and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships : Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source actively and creatively : Use various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage talent.
- Screen and Interview : Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Enhance Candidate Experience : Ensure clear communication, professionalism, and care throughout the recruitment journey.
- Use HR Tools Efficiently : Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking and HRIS systems, track progress, and optimize workflows.
- Support Onboarding : Collaborate with HR and department teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
- Report and Analyze : Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to improve performance and decision-making.
- Employer Branding : Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and online platforms as a strong employer brand ambassador.
- Contribute Cross-Functionally : Assist with HR projects such as training, onboarding enhancements, or process improvements during low recruitment periods.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Experience using ATS and HRIS tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in a high-growth or multi-departmental environment
