GardaWorld is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join our national Talent team. This hybrid role, based in Montréal area (Ville Saint-Laurent), supports recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and HR system optimization across Canada.

You’ll engage in data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional projects, helping to drive employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives. Bilingual English/French required to support internal clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field

• Assist with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent technologies and systems
• Identify smarter, faster ways of working through process improvement and automation
• Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate projects, communications, training resources, and change initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement, talent programs, and other strategic HR initiatives
• Help attract top talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Assist with implementation of new initiatives and programs

No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be launching a recruitment campaign, the next helping improve a recruiting process, supporting a system enhancement, analyzing data, or coordinating a national talent initiative.

What You'll Do

Talent Operations Specialist Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Exposure to talent acquisition practices
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
• Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support our internal clients across Canada
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis
