Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join our national Talent team in Montréal, Quebec. Hybrid work arrangement with two days on-site supports diverse recruitment, technology, and process initiatives across Canada.

You will drive recruitment marketing, system optimization, data analysis, and employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with a national team to transform Talent and HR programs. This role suits a curious, tech-savvy professional who thrives in change.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Exposure to talent acquisition practices.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems.
• Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support internal clients across Canada.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis.

• Assist with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent technologies and systems
• Identify smarter, faster ways of working through process improvement and automation
• Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support decision-making

• Contribute to employee engagement, talent programs, and other strategic HR initiatives
• Help attract top talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

Talent Operations Specialist Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Exposure to talent acquisition practices
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
• Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support our internal clients across Canada
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
