Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join a national Talent team. The role blends recruitment, technology adoption, data analysis, and project coordination across Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days/week in Ville Saint-Laurent, QC).

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, support recruitment campaigns, and help implement talent systems while collaborating with internal clients across Canada.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or related field.

Talent Operations Specialist Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Exposure to talent acquisition practices
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
• Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support our internal clients across Canada
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis
