The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or business and 3+ years in Talent Management, with strong content creation and data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Management or HR.
• Experience with enterprise-wide HR programs (performance, engagement, succession).
• Strong content development and presentation skills.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent management programs across the organization.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Develop guidance, toolkits, and learning resources for leaders and employees.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to drive program alignment and adoption.
• Track talent metrics and evaluate program effectiveness for improvements.
• Translate talent strategies into practical, user-friendly resources.
