You will partner with the Head of HR to create practical programs, frameworks, and ways of working that become a competitive advantage for Cohere. As the company grows, opportunities to lead a team will emerge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling talent development functions.
• Strong collaboration with HR leaders and business partners.
• Ability to design frameworks and programs from zero to one.
• Excellent stakeholder management in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the Talent Development function from the ground up.
• Design programs, frameworks, and playbooks for managers and leaders.
• Partner with Head of HR and senior leaders to align with business strategy.
• Drive organizational capability and onboarding strategies at scale.
• Lead with high autonomy and influence across People team.
