Job summary

CIRO is seeking a Talent Development Advisor in Toronto to design and deliver leadership and employee development programs. The role blends strategic design with hands-on program management, facilitation, stakeholder partnerships, and operational support to ensure impactful learning experiences for employees and leaders.

You will report to the Senior Director of Organizational Development and collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, leadership development, or related HR discipline.
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership and employee development programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop learning content, facilitator guides, communications, and learner resources.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with reporting, tracking, and program evaluation.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and learning technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support leadership development initiatives across multiple employee groups and leadership levels.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate leadership learning experiences and program content.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver existing leadership development curriculum and journeys.
  • Manage program enrolment, communications, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor participation, measure outcomes, and maintain program reporting and analytics.
  • Continuously enhance leadership development offerings based on feedback and business needs.
  • Design and implement targeted development journeys and learning pathways for people leaders and team leads.
  • Coordinate training programs, including vendor management, scheduling, monitoring, and budget considerations.
  • Develop and maintain learning resources, facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits, and online content.
  • Support learning metrics, dashboards, reporting, and program evaluation.
