Main Duties

Your future manager: The Talent Acquisition Manager is a human and attentive leader, always ready to contribute to the development of each member of his/her team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle (from 15 to 25 positions in parallel)
• Ensure a close relationship with managers: understand their recruitment needs, act as a strategic partner, build attractive role descriptions, and carry out regular follow-ups
• Identify and interact with top talent, offering a first-rate candidate experience
• Assess candidates thoroughly to propose the most suitable profiles: CV analysis, pre-selection, and support during the selection process
• Utilize talent search and management tools effectively: LinkedIn, internal software, social networks, etc.
• Negotiate and present offers, and close deals with selected candidates in collaboration with HR colleagues

Profile/Skills

• Dynamic, creative, passionate, and solution-oriented
• Excellent candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in rail, construction, or engineering sectors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
