Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for filling vacancies quickly and integrating qualified candidates into our fast-paced, growing company. You will leverage an AI-powered recruitment tool to identify and engage top candidates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify future hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
2. Update job descriptions and stay current with recruiting trends.
3. Collaborate with managers to define requirements.
4. Attract candidates via databases, online forums, social media, colleges, etc.
5. Post jobs on various platforms.
6. Conduct initial interviews and screen applicants.
7. Assess candidates' skills and experience.
8. Use AI tools to identify top candidates.
9. Promote the company's employer brand.
10. Provide recruitment reports.
11. Perform additional tasks as needed.
