Job summary

Kenny U-Pull in Laval, QC, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle, and build candidate pipelines for multiple business units.

Fluency in French and English is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred. The role offers competitive salary, RRSP contributions, vacation, and AIM tuition assistance up to $8,500 per eligible dependent.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

What You’re Responsible For:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs.
• Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
