Pomerleau is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to develop targeted sourcing strategies and market insights for critical roles across Canada. You will build proactive talent pipelines, create scalable models, and collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and best practices.
You will partner with TA Leadership on SOPs, utilize AI tools in sourcing, and support long-term candidate experiences through engaging pipeline journeys. A hybrid work model is available for corporate roles.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and builds and sustains proactive talent pipelines across critical roles and markets as defined by the TA Leadership Team. This role is a market intelligence and supply engine to support our shift toward an increasingly proactive and predictive Talent Acquisition function.As this is a new sub-specialty within the organization, the Sourcer will also work closely with TA Leadership and the TA COE to develop the standard operating procedures, best practices and metrics of success for sourcing.
