The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting and successfully placing top talent within their assigned region across multiple divisions. This includes partnering with business leaders, leading recruitment update calls, recommending solutions to recruitment challenges, reporting on active and closed positions, and building relationships with external partners such as schools and community groups.
