You will be Pixel United's global recruiting and talent champion in this TA Business Partner role for Montreal. Acting as a hands-on recruitment partner and strategic advisor, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process and must possess the ability to manage 15+ requisitions while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in sourcing roles. You will lead by example and coach hiring managers on talent assessment and selection best practices.
What You'll Do
- Be the point person for Pixel United in all recruitment matters.
- Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle to meet talent demands.
- Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies and comprehensive sourcing plans for emerging skills and tough-to-fill roles, sharing talent intelligence and market insights.
- Build a quality candidate pipeline, review resumes, screen candidates, promote the opportunity, and coordinate interview and offer processes.
- Organize and document strategy sessions, debriefs, and feedback with candidates and hiring teams.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 5+ years of recruiting experience within gaming or technology.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Experience managing roles in software development and IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to communicate, consult, influence, and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience with sourcing plans and tools, including proactive outreach and internet research.
- Skills in candidate sourcing using search engines, deep-web Boolean searches, and social networks.
- Knowledge of global recruitment laws, policies, and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice To Have
- Experience with recruitment technology, ideally Workday or other large ATS.
- Ability to work with and present recruitment market data and analytics, using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, EZInsights, etc.
- Strong applicant management and sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc.
