What will you do?

  • Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, implementing strategic solutions to identify, select, assess and hire top talent across diverse professions and levels.
  • Partner closely with our business leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies that directly support their objectives and elevate the quality of hiring.
  • Maintain a pulse on the talent market, competitor landscape, and Siemens' evolving business needs to forecast talent pools and identify emerging trends.
  • Leverage your creativity and sourcing expertise to proactively attract passive talent through a variety of innovative tactics - from networking and social media to employee referrals and targeted recruitment marketing. Success in the role will require direct sourcing skills to build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines.
  • Assess candidates thoroughly, leveraging tools like phone interviews and digital video assessments, to present a slate of talent to Hiring Managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them seamlessly through the hiring lifecycle and ensuring an outstanding experience. You will also advise hiring stakeholders regarding their role in creating a great candidate experience.

What will you need to succeed?

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years recruiting and sourcing experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role or in an agency / search firm role
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and networking.
  • Talent mapping and strategic talent pipelining experience.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems with a keen understanding of data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates.
  • Passionate about providing a great candidate experience.
  • The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s) : The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally
