Job summary

BPA is hiring a Talent Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across Canada. You’ll shape hiring strategies, identify exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your responsibilities include partnering with leaders, leading the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to offer, and building proactive sourcing and executive search strategies for hard-to-fill roles across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Strategic Recruitment.
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or dispersed teams.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting and relationship mgmt.
• Strong business acumen to influence leaders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (CHRP designation is considered an asset).
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Strategic Recruitment.
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.*
• Experience supporting multiple business units or geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting and relationship management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
