• Own executive recruitment for Director and VP roles with market research, sourcing, assessment, and offers.
• Drive SmartRecruiters adoption across TA, HR and business partners.
• Foster AI-enabled recruitment tools and responsible AI fluency.
• Elevate candidate and hiring leader experiences with clear standards and timely communication.
• Partner with HR leaders and business partners to align TA priorities with business needs.
