Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods seeks a Manager, HR Services to lead onboarding, SAP administration, and employee lifecycle management while driving AI-enabled process improvements and governance. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality HR support and maintaining strict privacy and security controls across HR operations.

You will mentor the HR Services team, partner with Legal and Compliance, and develop KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions and exceptional employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services or HRIS administration.
• Experience identifying, piloting, implementing, or scaling AI-enabled, automated, or digital solutions in HR operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Services team in onboarding, offboarding, SAP administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR services using AI, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Oversee HR inquiries and issue resolution with timely, accurate responses.
• Develop and refine HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and address business needs.
• Provide governance, privacy, security, and compliance within HR processes.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled HR Services roadmap with measurable benefits.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption for AI-enabled tools.
