Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking a Director, Talent Development & DEI in Mississauga to define the enterprise learning strategy, lead leadership development, and integrate DEI into business operations.

You will align programs with Maple Leaf Values and the Blueprint, partnering with HR and leaders to strengthen the leadership pipeline and internal mobility. You will design scalable programs, measure impact with data, and build a culture where diverse talent can grow, lead and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent development strategy across HR and functions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Development team and cross-functional DEI initiatives.
• Manage the Manager of DEI to achieve key deliverables and team objectives.
• Oversee design, implementation and evaluation of learning programs and Leadership Development.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design engaging training programs for diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops.
• Leverage learning tech to scale programs and improve delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing through formal and informal networks.
• Lead strategy and implementation of DEI programs and training initiatives.
• Prepare DEI reports, identify insights and guide program development.
• Drive succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Align talent development with Maple Leaf Blueprint and business priorities.
• Collaborate with HR and external partners to sustain high-quality programs.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Implement continuous improvement to stay ahead of industry trends.
