Base pay range

CA$85,500.00/yr - CA$108,000.00/yr

Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for attracting top talent? Matchbox Consulting is partnering with a leading and well-established developer-builder to find a Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment function, helping to build and scale a high-performing team. If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact while shaping hiring strategies, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job postings to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment guidance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and candidate experience
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one
  • Track key hiring metrics and continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies in a competitive job market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a growing company
  • HR certification (CHRP or similar) is an asset but not required
