Job Description:
Title: Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist
Location: Vancouver (hybrid 2 – 3 days per week in-office)
Job Type: 15-18 months contract (Maternity leave coverage)
Reporting To: Head of People and Culture
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and contribute to key HR initiatives. In this role, you'll attract and hire top talent, manage seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, and support the Head of People and Culture in fostering employee engagement. Our team is spread across Canada, the USA, Europe, and India, making this a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse and global workforce.
You'll be based in our bright and modern office in Coal Harbour, just 15 minutes from Burrard Skytrain. This hybrid role requires 2 to 3 days in the office, working alongside the Head of People and Culture. In our friendly workspace, you'll enjoy a stocked kitchen, snacks, weekly Breakfast Club, Ping-Pong tournaments, and other fun monthly employee events!
