Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a personable and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment team across skilled trades, warehouse, operations, and junior technical roles. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep hiring activity moving smoothly during a busy growth period.

You will support recruitment across multiple regions, including Kingston and Ottawa, with on-site training during the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience screening candidates in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Experience with Dayforce is an asset.
• Exposure to skilled trades, operations, warehouse, or licensed-role recruitment is an asset.
• Full-cycle recruitment, job posting, or offer support experience is nice to have.

In this role, you’ll support recruitment across skilled trades, warehouse, operations, and junior technical roles. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help keep hiring activity moving smoothly during a busy growth period.
