Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across Canada, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and reference checks.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social networks, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with HR to meet hiring needs, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Comfortable proactively engaging with candidates not actively seeking employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and resourceful approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full recruitment process, including interviews, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and reference checks.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Instagram, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs across Canada.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to understand hiring needs and identify high-quality candidates.
• Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in BambooHR and track key recruitment activities.
• Support the recruitment of healthcare professionals, including nurse injectors, medical estheticians, and other clinical talent.
• Contribute to new employee onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Reports to the Director of Human Resources
