Job summary

EXFO in Montreal is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, communicate with candidates, and represent the company at events to attract top talent.

You will leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve searches and provide market insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
